Accounts & Billing

Can I pay with a check or purchase order?
No. At this time, we only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Who do I contact with a billing issue?
E-mail our billing staff.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up for a paid account, you will have 30 days to evaluate SnapLeague. If you cancel your account prior to your trial expiring, your card won't be charged. If you decide to retain your subscription, your credit card will be charged for the first month of service.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Can I pay for the whole year in advance?
Yes! E-mail our Sales staff to find out how.
Can I change plans at anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime. There's only one restriction for changing your plan. You cannot downgrade to a subscription level that supports less than your currently active leagues. If you're signing up for a free account, be sure to review our Free Account Upgrade Terms.
Can I suspend my account during the offseason?
Yes! During the offseason you can switch your subscription level to Frozen. While your account is set to frozen, your web site will still be available, but you won't be able to make any changes to it. Frozen subscriptions are charged at a greatly reduced monthly rate. To Freeze your account, log in to the Site Administration and edit your subscription level under Account. You can freeze your account once every 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Because all paid accounts come with a free 30-day evaluation before any payment is processed, RIM Systems does not issue refunds. Read our complete Refund Policy.

Is there any software to install?
Nope. All you need is a modern web browser (IE 6+, Firefox 1+, Safari 1.2+) and an Internet connection.
Do I need to know HTML to use SnapLeague?
Not at all. If you know how to use a word processor like Microsoft Word, you can use SnapLeague.
Do inactive leagues count against my total?
No. Only active leagues are displayed on your site and therefore only active leagues count against your subscription total.
Does SnapLeague support multiple sports?
Yes! In fact, you can use any combination of sports at anytime.
Will my site have any advertising or other branding on it?
Paid accounts will never have ANY advertising unless you put it there. You determine your site's content. There are no banner ads, pop-up windows or other forms of adverting on your site. Not even a RIM Systems or SnapLeague logo.
Free accounts contain a single bar of advertisements across the top of all of your site's public pages. They also include a link back to our web site at the bottom of every page.

What will the address for my site be?
You decide! We offer nine domain names for you to pick from. You can check to see if the address you want is available on the Sign Up page.
Paid accounts allow you to use your own domain name. After setting up your account, contact support and we'll guide you through the setup process.
Are there any other hosting fees?
No. Everything is included in the monthly subscription price.

On occasion, we may highlight a customer of ours on our blog with their permission. Otherwise, we do not disclose any customer information.
