Privacy rules. We respect your right to privacy. It's your data, not ours. Here are our three simple Privacy Promises.

1. What we do with your data is up to you. We'll let you tell us how we can and can't use it.

2. Your data is not ours to sell, trade or give away. So we won't.

3. Your data is confidential. So we'll do everything we can to protect it.

It would be great if everything in life were that simple. But there are a few basic things we want to let you know about.

If RIM Systems Inc. is ever acquired by another company, we can't promise they'll make the same promises. We may also use your data in aggregate to improve our product offerings or determine other information about our customers. Any data used in aggregate reporting will be without personally identifiable information.

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. RIM Systems Inc. may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
